1. Data we collect

None. Frequency Meditation does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

No account creation — the app works without sign-in
No analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Firebase Analytics)
No tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers
No crash reporting that includes personal data
No location data accessed
No microphone or camera access
No contacts, photos, or other on-device data accessed

2. Data stored on your device

Your preferences, session history, and saved custom presets are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's secure UserDefaults and AsyncStorage. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is included in your encrypted iCloud Backup if you enable it (Apple's standard backup, not ours)
Is permanently deleted when you delete the app

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles all payment processing, billing, and receipts. We never see your credit card, Apple ID password, or billing address. Apple's privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Third-party services

The app does not integrate with any third-party data services. It uses only:

Apple StoreKit (for subscriptions) — required by App Store
Apple Audio APIs (for binaural beat generation) — runs locally on-device

5. Children's privacy

This app is rated 4+ but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app contains no advertising and no social features.

6. Health and medical data

Frequency Meditation is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not access HealthKit data in version 1.0. If a future version adds optional HealthKit integration, it will be opt-in only and clearly disclosed.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. To delete all app data, simply delete the app from your iPhone.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated "Effective" date. Material changes affecting data practices will be communicated through the app.
